Shipping/Returns

We ship domestically with UPS and USPS. Although shipping times vary, most orders will ship within 3 business days of the date of purchase. You will always receive an order confirmation upon placing your order and a shipping confirmation when your order ships. DoubleKNY.com is not responsible for any misplaced, lost, or stolen packages.

We ship internationally with DHL calculated at the carrier rates to your address. The delivery times are also calculated at the time of checkout.

For all return/exchange inquiries, please email customercare@doublekny.com with your order number in the subject line. For all returns/exchanges to be valid, you must notify us within three days of receiving your order. Once you receive authorization, the item(s) must be shipped to us within five days. 

• Item(s) must be in original packaging with all tags, unworn and unwashed.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

• If you wish to exchange an item, we will cover your original item exchange with a prepaid label and ship the new item free of charge (for domestic orders only).
• Orders made with promo codes are non-refundable. Sale items are final sale - no returns or exchanges are allowed.
• All returns are subject to a 10$ restocking fee.
• If your returns do not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
