RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For all return/exchange inquiries, please email customercare@doublekny.com with your order number in the subject line. For all returns/exchanges to be valid, you must notify us within three days of receiving your order. Once you receive authorization, the item(s) must be shipped to us within five days. 
  • Item(s) must be in original packaging with all tags, unworn and unwashed.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

  • If you wish to exchange an item, we will cover your original item exchange with a prepaid label and ship the new item free of charge (for domestic orders only).
  • Orders made with promo codes are non-refundable and only eligible for store credit. Sale items are final sales - no returns or exchanges are allowed.
  • If your returns do not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
